How does your store work?

Our store offers exclusive sneaker drops that are only available to members. Non-members can view the sneakers, but to purchase them, you must sign up for a membership.

Can I shop without a membership?

Unfortunately, no. Drops are exclusive to members. However, you can browse the products before signing up for a membership.

What is a drop?

A drop is a limited-time event where we offer exclusive sneakers and streetwear. Our members get exclusive access to purchase these items at heavily discounted prices or sometimes even for free.

How do I become a member?

Simply select the membership product on our website and choose between weekly, monthly, or three-month membership options. After purchase, you'll gain access to the drops.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you will lose access to the drops.

How much does the membership cost?

There are three options:  

1. Weekly for €9.99  

2. Monthly for €19.99  

3. Every three months for €29.99  

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Once a payment is made, you can enjoy the membership benefits until the end of the paid period, but no refunds will be issued.

How often are the drops?

There is a drop every week, always on Saturdays at 12 PM.

Will I receive notifications for upcoming sneaker drops?

Yes, if you have signed up for our newsletter, you will receive regular email notifications when new drops are approaching.

What happens if I miss a drop?

Unfortunately, these items are highly sought after and sell out quickly. If you miss a drop, you can participate in the next one.

Is there a guarantee that I will get a sneaker?

There is no 100% guarantee, but we make sure that there is one product available per week for every member.

How do Free Sneaker Drops work?

Some special drops give you the chance to receive sneakers for free. These are extremely limited, so act fast!
